Artist’s Statement: 

Grew up in New Orleans but has called Lafayette home for over 30 years. She is a graduate of LSU, with a Bachelors of Arts in Art Education and taught High School Art at the Academy of Sacred Heart in New Orleans before marrying and relocating to Cajun Country. She is inspired by her mom and great grandmother, who both loved to paint.  Loves to work in acrylics and mixed media on smaller canvases, watercolors and experimenting with resins.
