Barnel’s met Jack Jaubert during the inaugural season of the IceGators back in the late 90’s, when he was officially commissioned to create the team’s artwork. He is an incredibly talented, yet humble man. We are so excited to introduce the most recent addition to his sports series commission.

Jack Jaubert is the most coveted and recognized LSU sports artist around. Not only did Jaubert play football for LSU from 1968-1971, he has created priceless images of some of the greatest players and moments in LSU history. LSU commissioned Jaubert to create murals of every LSU football All-American and commemorative paintings for the 2003 and 2007 national championships.
